ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

Our access control systems keep assets secure by controlling entry and exit to locations. The systems control staff throughput and occupancy levels and helps provide analytics through visitor and identity management software that can be managed from a central location.

ALARM MONITORING SYSTEMS

Alarm monitoring systems are commonly used in our Security and Risk Operation Centres. Access control provides an alert when an alarm is triggered and notifications can be customised for each customer. The systems are managed from a central location and integrates information from multiple security applications and devices. Our services extend to remote alarm monitoring and lone worker support.

Alarm systems (CCTV)

Alarm systems play a critical role in security delivery by providing real-time detection if a breach occurs. The alarm detection is transferred to a signal and/or siren and our security professionals will respond following the customer’s agreed operating protocol.

FIRE & LIFE PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Fire protection systems monitor fire and smoke conditions in real-time. In the event of an incident, the systems can help slow the spread or extinguish the fire in certain instances through the use of gas suppression, foam deluge, or sprinklers. The systems play an important role in providing the building and its occupants with life protection in the event of a fire.

Systems technicians

Our security system technicians are highly accredited to provide installation, maintenance and repair services – ensuring that critical security systems operate with maximum uptime. Our technicians operate within strict service level agreements to provide diagnostic advice and troubleshoot security system related issues. This provides customers with continuity of service that is required to keep systems operational.

VIDEO MONITORING systems

Our video monitoring systems provide the platform to monitor a customers’ premises and/or assets in real-time and take immediate action should something occur.
